Survey : Workplace behaviours in the Urogynaecology setting

This anonymous survey aims to investigate the behaviours experienced by urogynaecology multi-disciplinary team members in their work environment. These behaviours encompass incivility, bullying, harassment, psychological safety and burnout.

Our primary aim is to better understand the experiences of members so that the BSUG can develop targeted interventions to create positive changes within our community.
Our secondary aim is to compare results found in Urogynaecology to a very similar survey performed by Pierce et al in the Gynaecology Oncology subspeciality.

We also plan to make the results available to all BSUG members.

What would taking part involve?
This short survey will help us understand the behaviours experienced by urogynaecology multi-disciplinary team members in their work environment. No identifiable information will be collected. The survey will take 5-10 minutes.

Who is organising this study?
The organiser for this study is Kate McCrossan, who works as an O&G registrar in South Yorkshire. She is being supported by Prof Swati Jha, consultant Urogynaecologist at Sheffield Teaching Hospital and Hannah Pierce, O&G registrar and VP for Education in the National Trainees Committee.
