UTEROVAGINAL PROLAPSE SURGICAL WORKSHOP

Overview
The workshop aims to update different surgical techniques in the management of pelvic organ prolapse – laparoscopic sacrocolpo/hysteropexy, application of single-incision synthetic vaginal mesh and different defect specific repairs.
The workshop includes ‘hands-on’ , audio-visual interactive live-links and also practice on pelvic models (application of synthetic vaginal meshes). The programme will also include roundtable discussions of frequently encountered problems in management of prolapse, which will stimulate thought and discussion.
