RCOG Workforce Census 2025 - Please complete and share

The information you provide will be invaluable to the RCOG work to further support the O&G workforce as well as to strengthen its workforce planning, guidance, advocacy and lobbying activities to call for additional resource in women’s healthcare. This comes at a challenging time with service demands remaining high, and alongside financial constraints.
We would like to have input from as many O&G doctors working in the UK as possible, regardless of whether or not they currently hold any form of RCOG membership.

To complete the census

The data gathered will help RCOG build up a comprehensive picture of the O&G workforce, so that it can make a targeted difference on areas where you need the most support.

The deadline for responses is Friday 18 April 2025.

The findings will be summarised in a published report to inform workforce planning activity now and in the future.
